Sage Robbins married a man named John Lynch. John Lynch is a Canadian businessman, and the two were married from 1992 to 1999. Robbins was just 19 years old when she got married at the time.
The scandal broke when Lynch decided to sue Anthony Jay Robbins because he believed that his ex-wife, who was still Bonnie at the time, was cheating on Lynch with him. He said that Robbins alienated Bonnie and caused their divorce, and when Anthony; most famously known as Tony Robbins, the self-guru sued back, he ended up winning in court. The self0guru also sued the Canadian Newspaper that was smearing his image and ended up with $20,000 in his pocket.
Bonnie later changed her name to Sage and became Sage Robbins after marrying Tony in 2001. They met when the self-guru was holding one of his seminars, and after dating for some time, they married on October 15, 2001.
